Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge Downtown By Ihg, Baton Rouge

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was comfortable and spacious, but it was uncomfortably warm and humid due to the fan blowing directly on the window. The service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond for guests. The location was ideal for various activities, although there were some noise disturbances. The dining experience had room for improvement, with limited options available.

The hotel was cozy and clean, providing all the basic conveniences for a short stay. While the rooms were compact, they were well-equipped with real coffee mugs and better toiletries. However, soundproofing could be improved as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. The overall experience was comfortable and adequate for an overnight visit.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Baton Rouge, close to the convention center and many attractions. The rooms, although slightly cramped with sharp corners, offer a pleasant view of the river and levee. The staff are friendly and checked on us regularly. Dining options were affordable, but the breakfast choices were limited. Overall, a decent stay with a few small drawbacks.
